Agenda:

1. Welcoming by big boss, Izwandi Azizan
• Reminded all member to be more serious due to time constrain (less than 2 months before GOP)
2. Event
• Event Team disbanded
• Fundraising Project stick on plan.
3. Sponsorship
• All member will involved on sponsorship - please study on sponsorship proposal (esp. packages)
• Every Thursday and Friday - Syahir and Aiman will lead
• Dress code - formal
• Template (expected questions) will produce - Syahir
• Request for documents bundle from Fadil - 1 day before meet company (give proper information)
• Faculty Sponsorship - Wandi will incharge
4. IMM (Institute Material Malaysia) - Aiman incharge
• Fill up a form before/by Thursday - Form will distribute later
• IMM fees: RM10
5. Passport - Sesth incharge
• Prepare RM100 for passport
• Ensure IC's chip in good condition - problem: Wandi 
6. Design
• Team: Safwan, Fadil, Aiman, Yusri & Syakir
• Include: T Shirt + Banner + Plaque
7. Networking
• Team: Hussen, Pican, Wandi, Nas.
• Search + study for program (agent, tentative, cost)
8. All task should be done by 25 December 2011
