1. Welcoming by Mr Director
2. Secretary presented the minutes of last meeting
• Sponsorship - Mr Syahir Adilin, Head of Sponsor
• A new admission of sponsorship from Dialog Asia - RM5000. However, till the date, the sponsor is not received yet.
• Current cumulative sponsorship value is RM10 000.
• IMM - Mr Aiman
• The registration process is cancelled.
• Passport Issues - Mr Sesth
• Members agreed that the process of making the passport is under own responsibilities. However, a date will be set for those want to do the passport at JB.
• Design Group - Mr Fadzil
• Cost for Banner - RM110.00
• Cost for Program T Shirt - RM30.00 each
• Networking Group - Mr Izwandi
• Deal with an agent - Cost per person RM1100. Cost includes accommodation, basic food, transportation and place to visit.
3.  New Issues:
• Financial Issues
• Current financial status: Cumulative value: RM13 616
• Overall cost (after review) = RM 19 000++
• Deficit = RM6 000++
• Mr Director ask all member to standby RM400 each. Prepare it by end of January.
• New task:
• Power Point Presentation Slide/Montage (3person) - Should be completed by January, 7th.
