- A new admission of sponsorship from Dialog Asia - RM5000. However, till the date, the sponsor is not received yet.
- Current cumulative sponsorship value is RM10 000.

- The registration process is cancelled.
- Passport Issues - Mr Sesth
- Members agreed that the process of making the passport is under own responsibilities. However, a date will be set for those want to do the passport at JB.

- Cost for Program T Shirt - RM30.00 each
- Networking Group - Mr Izwandi
- Deal with an agent - Cost per person RM1100. Cost includes accommodation, basic food, transportation and place to visit.
